Hello! It has been 6 months or so since my last public post. Do not fret, I have not stopped writing, nor will I. Rather, I have been completing some larger projects (all at once like a fool) and now I get to share them with you! I have also been taking better mental care of myself, so I believe I can actually maintain a regular schedule of posting, streaming, and what-have-you’s in the future.

For the first time, I will also be offering premium content. Meaning some things will be behind a paywall of $5 a month or $30 a year. Most of my content will remain free (like 90% of it). Sample chapters of all premium content will be available; as well as a free premium article on Substack. Below you can find my content plans and updates, as well as places to view or read.

*NEW* – Mortal Plane – This is my fantasy universe and will be the name of the corresponding video game that will release, whenever it is finished. I have been working on this lore (more or less) for 7 years now. There are tons of stories that I’ve been working on in this universe and now I get to share them with you!

Any story included in the game, will be free and posted on my site and Substack.

There will be additional stories, that will be half free, before continuing behind a paywall on Substack (and Beehiiv? – we will see). I plan to release at least one chapter inside the Mortal Plane universe a week through August. At that point, I believe I will be able to start releasing a couple stories simultaneously.

Sports / Tidbits – Tidbits will continue in the fall, and I am going to try to be better about keeping those as shorter blurbs (for my own sake honestly). I have a lot of thoughts on things, but that is not what Tidbits was meant to be. I am sorry and I will get better at creating short form content. Other sports articles will release as I please.

All of my sports articles will remain free.

Politics – These will also continue sporadically but I am always paying attention. Generally speaking, the political articles I am going to be releasing are going to remain focused on the lovely state of Tennessee. I want to be more dialed in on the State level politics but I am not sure how much energy I can dedicate to that at the moment. So, I make no promises, for fear of reporting on something that I am not well researched on.

Poetry – I have been posting poems sporadically on allpoetry.com and I am just having fun with the medium currently. However, I always want to be a better writer. I want feedback, and to get that people need to see it. I will figure out a way to get the poetry on my site and make it look how I want it to, but it won’t be on Substack. The formatting is just weird and I don’t want to bother with it at the moment. It will be free forever though.

*NEW* – Video Formats  –I also need to promote my works, so any medium possible should be tried. I want to do some readings of poetry that I have worked on, and readings of the chapters of Mortal Plane. I have also been streaming on Twitch and hope to pivot that to play more indie games (and less FM). I believe this could help me reach a wider audience. That’s the goal at least. So… a lot has been going on! Today will also mark an “explosion” of content (multiple articles in one day WOAHHHH). This is certainly going to be a “run of form” for me, and I hope it starts to open doors. That being said, I could not do any of it without you. One of the other things I want to do as I promote myself is promote some of the friends I have met along the way. My journey has been enhanced by so many other creatives and artists in Nashville, that it would be a lie to say I am doing this completely alone.

It means the world to me that you guys even click on the links. The world is on fire but I am dedicated to push onwards. I hope you all are doing the same. I know all of the support and belief I have received has been overwhelming. I love you all, and cannot wait to keep sharing my work with you.
